Gutter & yard work in Caledon, Ontario

Rural Caledon gets yard-waste pickup only a few times each fall, so big-lot leaf and brush clean-ups are best booked in October and November, before the snow. Peel Region picks up yard waste every other week in Caledon’s urban areas and rural subdivisions, and in rural areas at least eight times a year — four in spring and four in fall. Use kraft paper bags or rigid containers labelled “yard waste” (up to 125 L), each under 20 kg; plastic bags and grass clippings aren’t taken. Since January 1, 2026, Caledon’s Tree Preservation By-law needs a permit to remove or injure a tree 30 cm or more in diameter at 1.37 m above the ground; there is no application fee for now. Dead and hazardous trees are exempt, and trees inside a woodland fall under the separate Woodland Conservation By-law. Doyo books yard and outdoor work across Caledon: describe the job, see the full price before you book, and pay only when it is done.

Help centre

You see the price before you book. Some jobs are a flat price, some are priced by the measure — a bedroom, a window, a square foot — and some are by the hour; the page says which, and so does the app before you confirm. Prices on this site are the full price, Doyo’s service fee included — nothing is added at checkout. Your card is held when a pro is confirmed and charged only when the job is marked complete. If the work turns out bigger, the pro has to put the new figure to you in the chat and wait for your yes — under Ontario law they cannot charge more than 10% over the estimate without your agreement.
