What we hold ourselves to

- The price comes first. You see the rate, the time and our fee before you book. A pro can’t add to the bill without your agreement in writing.
- Pros keep their rate. Our fee is added on your side, and tips go to the pro in full.
- A person answers. Support in the app is answered by people at Doyo.
