How are Doyo pros checked?

Every pro provides government photo ID with a matching selfie and passes a police record check before they are given a single job. For electrical, plumbing, gas and pest control, Doyo also verifies the Ontario licence and keeps checking that it is still in date.

How much does Doyo cost?

The pro’s rate, the estimated time and Doyo’s fee, together, in one number. Nothing is added to the bill later without your yes in writing — so the figure you agree to is the figure you pay.

When is my card charged?

Your card is held, not charged, once a pro is confirmed, and the payment is taken only when the job is finished. A pro cannot add anything to the bill without your agreement in writing.

Which languages can I use?

English, French, Spanish or Persian — written or spoken. Doyo replies in the language you write in, and your description reaches your pro in a language they have confirmed they read.

Which areas does Doyo cover?

Doyo covers the Greater Toronto Area: Toronto, North York, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Newmarket and Aurora. Newmarket is the first city open, and we add cities as verified local pros come on board.
