Say what’s wrong. Doyo handles the rest.
The Doyo agent is the fastest way to the right pro: describe the problem in your own words — typed or spoken, in your language — and it works out the trade, the questions and the booking.

The agent
Built to understand homes, not just keywords.
Symptom to trade
A dripping sound in the ceiling, a breaker that trips when the dryer runs, a furnace that short-cycles — it maps what you notice to who fixes it.
The right questions
Gas or electric? How old? Which floor? One or two questions a good tradesperson would ask, so the pro arrives prepared.
Photos and screenshots
Send the leak, the error code, the model label. It reads them, and they travel with your request.
Drafts, you decide
It prepares the booking — service, time, address — and shows the price. Nothing happens until you confirm.
Your language
Write in English, French, Persian or Spanish and it answers in kind.
Private by default
Your conversation is used to handle your booking, and never to advertise to you.
Doyo Voice
Tap the orb and talk.
When your hands are full — or it’s simply easier to say it — Doyo listens, understands, and can read its answer back.
“The kitchen tap won’t stop dripping.”
On-device speech
Speech becomes text on your phone. No audio is uploaded or kept.
Answers out loud
Turn on read-back and hear the agent’s replies.
Four languages
Speak the language you think in.
About the agent
Is the Doyo agent a real person?
No — it is an AI assistant. It helps you describe the job and drafts the booking; you confirm it. When you want a person, Doyo support is one tap away in the app, and answers there.
Does Doyo record my voice?
No. Your phone turns speech into text on the device; Doyo receives the text, never the audio.
What happens to photos I send?
They are stored privately and used to understand the job. They are shown to the pro you book, and to verified pros deciding whether to take the job — never published.
Can it give me a diagnosis?
It can tell you what a problem usually points to and which trade fixes it, the way a knowledgeable friend would. The pro who comes decides what the job actually needs. For gas smells, fires or flooding you cannot stop, call 911 or your utility first.
Which languages does it speak?
English, French, Persian and Spanish. It replies in the language you use, and the pro still gets a clear brief.
