Whitchurch-Stouffville clears one car width of the windrow at the end of the driveway, at no cost, for households where no one under 65 is able-bodied — residents 65 and over, or with a doctor’s certificate for a physical disability. The rest of the driveway is not included, and the work can come up to 12 hours after the road is plowed.
