The Launch Pass opens November 3.

No. It isn’t cash, a gift card, a payment card or a loan, and it can’t be exchanged, transferred or sold. It only comes off Doyo’s fee on bookings made through Doyo.

On your first booking in a service, the whole Doyo fee, up to what is left in that part of your Pass. On later bookings in the same service, part of Doyo’s fee, after payment processing costs. The app shows the exact amount before you confirm. Most customers will use part of their Pass.

New Doyo customers who create an account by January 31, 2027 (11:59 p.m. ET), are 18 or older, verify their mobile number, add a payment card and have a service address in the Greater Toronto Area. One Pass per person, household, mobile number, payment card and device.

Each part expires 12 months after your Pass is issued. We’ll remind you 7 days before. Unused amounts have no value after that.

No. The Pass only reduces Doyo’s own fee. The pro is paid their full price on every job.

Yes, one coupon per booking. Together, the coupon and the Pass can’t reduce more than Doyo’s fee on that booking.

The Pass doesn’t guarantee a pro for every service, area or time — Doyo is still adding pros across the GTA. Your Pass stays saved until it expires.

No. Getting the Pass doesn’t depend on it. We only send offers by email or text if you tick the box for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
