A move-out clean is a deep clean of an empty home: every surface that furniture hid, inside the kitchen appliances and cupboards, bathrooms scrubbed back to the grout, and floors done last on the way out. It takes longer than a regular clean because nothing is maintained week to week, which is why it costs more than a standard visit of the same size.

How much does a move-out clean cost for a one, two or three-bedroom?

Size is the biggest driver. The ranges below come from the published 2026 price pages of six Toronto cleaning companies, compared side by side. They are company list prices, so a very dirty unit, a large house or a same-week booking at month end can land above them. Most of these company prices do not include the 13% HST.
