By the hour. Before you book you see the pro’s hourly rate, the estimated time and Doyo’s service fee. Your card is held when a pro is confirmed and charged only when the job is marked complete. If the work turns out bigger, the pro has to put the new figure to you in the chat and wait for your yes — under Ontario law they cannot charge more than 10% over the estimate without your agreement.
Is it safe with pets and children?
Tell the pro when you book. They choose the treatment with that in mind and tell you how long to keep everyone out of treated areas.
