What a clean costs on Doyo
Every figure here is the full price, Doyo’s service fee included — nothing is added at checkout. A standard clean is $69 a bedroom with a $172.50 minimum, a deep clean $115 a bedroom with a $287.50 minimum, and a move-out clean $132.25 a bedroom with a $322 minimum — the extra reflects inside-the-oven, inside-the-cabinet work. Carpet and upholstery cleaning is $63.25 a room and windows $13.80 each, both with a $138 minimum. The booking screen shows the same total before you confirm.
How long a clean takes
- A one-bedroom condo, standard clean: about 2 hours.
- A two-bedroom home, standard clean: about 2 to 3 hours.
- A three- or four-bedroom house, standard clean: about 3 to 4 hours.
- A deep clean: roughly double a standard clean of the same home.
- A move-out clean of an empty home: similar to a deep clean, sometimes quicker with no furniture in the way.
So a standard clean of a two-bedroom home comes to $172.50 — the minimum, since two bedrooms at $69 is $138 — a three-bedroom standard clean $207, and a deep clean of a two-bedroom home $287.50. These are guides, not quotes: the estimate you see when booking is based on what you tell us about the place.
Five things that move the price
- Bathrooms. They take longer than bedrooms. A home with three bathrooms costs more to clean than one with three bedrooms.
- How long since the last clean. The first visit is the slow one; regular cleans get quicker.
- Pets. Hair on upholstery and stairs adds time — say so up front.
- Extras. Inside the fridge, the oven, the windows, the baseboards. Worth it, but list them so the estimate is right.
- Supplies. If you want specific products used, have them there, or agree with the cleaner in the chat before the day.
