Most booking apps start with a form: pick a category, pick a sub-category, fill in fifteen fields. You have to already know that a pilot light problem is “HVAC → furnace repair”. Doyo starts somewhere else — with what is actually wrong.
Describe it, the way you would to a friend
“No hot water since this morning and the pilot light keeps going out.” The Doyo agent asks the one or two questions a good tradesperson would — gas or electric, how old is the tank — and works out which service you need. Then it drafts the booking: the job, the time, the address.
Or just say it
Tap the orb and talk. Speech is turned into text on your phone, so no recording is uploaded. The agent can read its answers back to you, which is useful when your hands are full or under a sink.
In your language
Write or speak in English, French, Persian or Spanish, and the agent answers in the same language. The pro still gets a clear brief of the job.
Photos help
Add a photo or a screenshot. The agent uses it to understand the job, and it travels with your request so the pro arrives with the right part.
You stay in control
The agent drafts; you decide. Nothing is booked until you have seen the price and confirmed, and your card is only charged once the work is done.
