How much do partners earn?

50% of Doyo’s net fee on jobs done by pros you brought, in your territory; 10% on every other job in your territory; 20% on your pros’ jobs outside it. Customers who come through your link add 10 points for 12 months. Net fee means Doyo’s fee after discounts, refunds and card fees.

Monthly, on the 15th, for jobs whose payment was released and whose 30-day claim window has passed. You get a statement with every job listed.

What makes a territory exclusive?

Territories are made of postal areas (the first three characters of a postal code). After a 90-day probation you hold your territory exclusively for 12 months, renewed while you meet the quarterly targets for pros, ratings and response times. Doyo still serves customers there directly, and pros from anywhere can take jobs there.

What happens when a customer complains?

You respond first, within 24 hours, and visit the job if needed. The pro fixes the work first. Doyo makes every decision about refunds, because Doyo is the seller the customer paid.

Can I see customers’ phone numbers and use them for my own business?

No. Partners see the jobs in their area without customers’ contact details, and talk to customers only through Doyo. Using Doyo customers’ details for your own business is prohibited by the partner agreement. Your existing clients stay yours: you list them when you sign.

Can I keep my own contracting business?

Yes. You stay an independent business. You can keep your own clients, work on other platforms and set your own hours.

I don’t have a trade. Can I still be a partner?

Yes, if you name a trade business that will do site visits in your area. Community and business connectors are often our best recruiters.

Our data promise

Customers’ details stay with Doyo.

Partners see the jobs in their area: the service, the date, the postal area, the rating and their own share. They never see customers’ names, phone numbers or emails, and see an address only while handling a claim. Every access is logged. That protects customers, and it protects partners from being asked to hold data they don’t need.
