Alectra Utilities delivers the electricity in Markham. A panel change or a service upgrade above 100 A is requested through Alectra’s service-request form, alongside the electrician’s ESA notification.

Markham does not issue electrical permits. In Ontario the licensed electrical contractor files the work with the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA), which inspects it. Ask your electrician for the ESA notification number.
